It’s back! Bigger, and better than ever. Bell Let’s Talk Day has even more tips and tricks to end the stigma around mental health.

Here are five ways to start the conversation:

  1. Open up about how you feel.
  2. Show kindness. Telling people to “Just calm down” or “Relax” isn’t helpful.
  3. Be a good listener and ask how you can help.
  4. Educate yourself about mental health. It could help someone who’s struggling, and it will definitely help you!
  5. Watch your words because they can hurt.
